The Summer Pallet Pavilion is the latest project by the folks at Gap Filler and sees the old Crowne Plaza site 'filled' with this world class example of transitional architecture - a pavilion made entirely of shipping pallets.

The Gap Filler Summer Pallet Pavilion is a temporary summer events venue built from 3000+ pallets by 250+ volunteers! Gap Filler activates vacant spaces around Christchurch with temporary, creative projects for community benefit.

Street art at it's finest and host to Rolleston's very own Keith Preene and his GOLDEN GOOSE BINGO tour. So slap on some stubbies, grab yourself a Rheineck and get ready to yell out B-I-N-G-O!
